Our rental process is simple and convenient. First, browse our collection of designer clothing and accessories. Once you've found the perfect item, select your rental dates. Add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout and add your information. We'll ship the item to your doorstep and you can enjoy wearing it for the specified rental period. When you're done, pop your rental into the provided shipping bag and a courier will pick it up from your home.
Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.
Older styles may be available to purchase. If you rent an item and find that you can't bear to part with it, contact our customer support team and they will assist you in converting your rental into a purchase. In most cases, a portion of your rental fees can be applied toward the purchase price, making it an even better deal. Just keep in mind that the item's availability for purchase may vary, so it's a good idea to inquire as soon as you decide to keep it.
